We needed to bring our property on to the market at the worst possible time of the year as we had an offer on another property which had been accepted conditional on us selling. The strategy Kate and Susan recommended to us around pricing and method of sale was specific to the Christmas timing we found ourselves dealing with and ended up being perfect to generate interest and competition – no small job when everyone’s thinking about Christmas hams not houses.
